Negroponte's Role Project Management Consulting & Programme Delivery Support

The Challenge

pic.london set out to deliver an ambitious ten-day international photography festival across multiple venues in London, bringing together artists, academics, photographers and the wider public through exhibitions, talks, film screenings, workshops and cultural events.

The complexity of the programme required effective project management to coordinate numerous stakeholders, venues and parallel activities.

Our Contribution

Negroponte provided project management consulting throughout the planning and delivery of the festival.

The engagement was led by Dr Theocharis Papadopoulos, supported by a dedicated four-member project team responsible for planning, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, risk management and on-site delivery support.

Working closely with the festival organisers, the team helped coordinate multiple venues, speakers, artists and event streams, ensuring the successful execution of a complex multidisciplinary programme.

The Impact

The festival attracted more than 5,000 visitors and featured 25 artists, 10+ speakers, two exhibitions, film screenings, a symposium, panel discussions, talks and workshops.

The project demonstrated Negroponte’s ability to apply professional project management principles beyond the corporate environment, successfully supporting the delivery of a high-profile international cultural event involving multiple stakeholders and simultaneous activities.
