The Challenge
Emeritus sought to enrich an executive development programme for managers from the Royal Commission for AlUla by complementing the core curriculum with specialist leadership expertise and meaningful engagement with Greece’s tourism ecosystem.
Our Contribution
Negroponte delivered the final two days of the programme for two cohorts of managers in Athens.
Led by Dr Nodas Koronis, the sessions focused on leadership, management and organisational effectiveness through a highly interactive learning approach centred on discussion, collaboration and practical application.
To further enhance the participant experience, Negroponte organised an exclusive guest lecture by a senior representative from the Greek Ministry of Tourism, providing first-hand insights into Greece’s tourism strategy, destination management and international promotion.
Negroponte also supported selected local programme coordination, contributing to a seamless executive learning experience.
The Impact
The programme successfully combined executive education, practical leadership development and international knowledge exchange across two cohorts.
By complementing the programme with specialist faculty expertise, institutional engagement and local programme support, Negroponte helped create a distinctive executive learning experience that extended well beyond the classroom.
