The Challenge
Hult Ashridge Executive Education developed a customised Mini MBA for the UK Department for Business and Trade to strengthen strategic capability, business acumen and leadership among its managers through a blended executive learning experience.
Our Contribution
Negroponte designed and delivered the Business Operations, Strategy and Decision Making module as part of the programme.
The module was delivered through a combination of live online sessions and an immersive face-to-face workshop at Ashridge House, Berkhamsted.
The faculty team was led by Dr Theocharis Papadopoulos and included Dr Ioannis Christodoulou and Dr Nodas Koronis. Together, the team created an engaging learning experience combining strategic thinking, business operations, behavioural economics and decision-making through simulations, case studies, facilitated discussions and collaborative activities.
The Impact
Following the successful completion of the first two cohorts, a third cohort has already been commissioned, reflecting the quality of the programme and the continued confidence of the executive education partner.
The engagement showcases Negroponte’s capability to design, lead and deliver blended executive education programmes for senior public sector professionals through multidisciplinary faculty teams.
